Jeon Jung-kook (Korean: 전정국;born September 1, 1997) is a South Korean singer and songwriter who goes by the stage name Jungkook. He is the vocalist and youngest band member of the South Korean boy group BTS. With BTS, Jungkook has released three solo songs: "Begin" in 2016, "Euphoria" in 2018, and "My Time" in 2020. All three songs have achieved success on the Gaon Digital Chart in South Korea. Additionally, he sang the song "Stay Alive" from the 7Fates: Chakho soundtrack, which was created by BTS. He was a featured artist on Charlie Puth's 2022 single "Left and Right," which reached its peak at number 22 on the U.S. charts. The Billboard Hot 100.

Jung-kook obtained his high school diploma from the School of Performing Arts Seoul in 2017. He made the decision to forego the CSATs, Korea's national university entrance exam, in November 2016.
